Returns & Cancellation Policy

No refunds, exchanges, or returns. Most orders will not be able to be cancelled due to how fast we process and ship orders. In the event we make a mistake or are unable to ship an order, we will make exceptions accordingly.

Shipping

What Changed?
The USPS had until April to finalize their Vape Shipping Ban, and has failed to act so the current USPS ban is in limbo. Our current requirement is we have to collect Adult Signature’s on every delivery and it must ship Priority Mail. Please make arrangements for someone to be available to sign for your package.
 

What about Taxes?
Some customers will see higher prices due to taxes in their respective states. We are legally obligated to collect and remit these taxes.

Will You Ship To My State?
Currently, We are only able to ship to the following states:
AL, AK, AZ, AR, FL, HI, ID, IN, IA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX. 
More states will become available as we establish ourselves with the tax and regulations of said states.
