How do I start a Subscribe & Save subscription?
Select Subscribe & Save on any of our 120ml Vape Juice flavors, and limited Bankroll Flavors.
How can I change my Subscribe & Save delivery day? What if I want to change the frequency?
To adjust your delivery date, click on the "Subscriptions" tab in your account dashboard and then click "Edit." You can then click "edit subscription" or "skip next delivery" depending on what you'd like to do. You can also email us at info@brokedick.com if you're having any trouble. We don't offer frequency changes at this time, only Monthly.
Can I add products to my subscription?
How do I cancel my subscription?
You're under no obligation. No contract! You can click "Edit" on any Subscription you may have and then click "cancel.". Or if you prefer, you can cancel your Subscribe & Save membership just email us at info@brokedick.com
How do I change the products I subscribe to?
You can easily adjust the products in your subscription at any time. Remember, there’s no commitment and no contract. If you want to change which flavor you're subscribed to, you can click "Edit" on your subscription" and then click the "Change Product" dropdown, it will give you a list of other available Vape Juice items at the same price. We currently cannot switch to products that cost more or less.
What is priority inventory?
As a Subscribe & Save member, you go straight to the front of the line if we ever run out of stock. In other words, we reward you for your loyalty by shipping your orders — before anyone else and by reserving inventory just for your recurring order. It’s a small way of saying thanks for being a member!
